Shipping and returns

Timing

Products are shipped within 5 days from order placement.
To track your order, please use the tracking information provided in the shipping confirmation email from our delivery partner.

Estimated delivery times:
Italy 1-3 days
EU 3 days
UK 5-7 days
US 7-10 days
Other countries 7-15 days

Product Rates

We are only able to take payments at the Euro price we have set. We may list the price of each item in different currencies as an indication of the retail price from our retailers worldwide.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on your address and include courier costs only.
When ordering goods for delivery you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the goods reach the destination. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over import duties and taxes and cannot predict what they may be as customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

If goods are rejected at customs due to missing information that you haven’t provided or that you have provided incorrectly, we’ll make a second delivery attempt without any additional charges. If the second attempt fails for the same reason, we unfortunately won’t be able to provide a refund.

Returns

We offer return only of damaged or incorrectly despatched goods within 14 days of receipt of your order. In the event that customers wish to return goods which are damaged or incorrectly despatched, a complete refund for the goods and the original despatch costs will be provided.

If you decide to return a product(s), email us with reason for return and upload photos (front and back) of the relevant product(s), including photos of the tags attached to it. Once submitted, Client Services will be in touch to send you a return shipping label.
Please package the product(s) securely and carefully in its original packaging as it was sent to you and include any accompanying accessories such as hangers, dust bags, wrapping etc.
